1) Do you have a physical showroom?
I-living is an online furniture store and we do not have any physical showroom currently. 

2) Is there a minimum order I have to fulfill?
No. There are no minimum order to be fulfilled.

3) What are the delivery charges?
There are no additional delivery charges. All prices listed includes delivery charges. 

3) What are the delivery timings?
Our standard delivery timing is from Monday to Friday, 11am - 6pm. We do not do delivery on weekends and public holidays. However, do contact us at +65 96728553 before placing the order if you need to your furniture to be delivered on weekends or public holidays. We'll try our best to accommodate to your delivery timing.

4) Will the items be assembled upon delivery?
All furniture will be assembled by our professionals either on site or upon delivery. However, any assembly works onto walls or floors will not be provided.

5) Do you have any installment plans?

6) How long do I have to wait after placing my order?
If we do have stocks available in our warehouse, it will take about 2 - 7 business days for the item to be delivered to you. However, if you do need any items to be delivered as soon as possible, please contact us at +65 96728553 before placing the order.

7) Do you have a location which I can self collect for certain items?
Currently we do not have a showroom for self collection. However, if you need certain item/s urgently, please contact us at +65 96728553. We'll do the necessary arrangements for you to our upmost possibilities.

8) What should I do if I receive a defective item?
Please refer to Refund Policy for return/exchange of defective item/s upon delivery.

9) Do you deliver to overseas addresses?
No. We only deliver to Singapore addresses.

10) What are the mode of payments?
We accept all major mode of payments i.e Visa, Master and Amex. Please do contact us at +65 96728553 for PayNow or Paylah.
